Yes folks, it's that time of the month again...!
Will Self - "The Sweet Smell of Psychosis" (read half of it already on the bus, not very long, but really rude!!! Funny too)
Ted Hughes - "Birthday Letters"
Erica Warner - "Ted Hughes, Sylvia Plath and the story of BIRTHDAY LETTERS" (commentary on the previous book)
Rupert Thomson - "The Insult"
Kurt Vonnegut - "Hocus Pocus" (I wanted Slaughterhouse-5, but it was nowhere to be seen)
and
"The TimeOut book of New York's short stories" - edited by Nicholas Royle.
Lots of new books in the library right now...distinct lack of poetry though. Couldn't be bothered to do any research...or even look for books properly. Just grabbed a few and ran...

Copywrite is....1990. Might be? I know nothing about him, so I couldn't say.
I was really slack in the library. Hovered around the Literature section in the hope something would appear...the reference comps. were all taken up so I couldn't look for anything specific. Hovered some more, remembered Vonnegut and Self as books I wanted to read...conveniently forgot Nin... No motivation today.
Still. Pile of stuff to read. Finished the WIll Self book already. Wasn't very long - like an extended short story.
