HOPEFULLY he's not done anything more than a little self harm, and then will go to bed for a few days.

I don't think he will have done anything. He wouldn't have posted online if he was. He would have just done it. I know I don't post 99% of my crap online, because I don't want people to know what I'm doing...
Just a cry for help. I hope. Can't help but think otherwise though. 
It's scary being on the outside of it all though. Usually it's me pulling this kinda stuff. Recurrant thoughts are horrible.
