Had to check the pounds per square inch of the nitrogen tanks that are use to charge the pedestals that will be used for three productions we will have over the next three weeks. Then I had to check the pressure level of the pedestals themselves to see if they are leaking. Then I had to email everyone involved to tell them they are sufficient.

Camera pedestals. They are big dolly things that go up and down and roll around in studios. The weight of the camera is counterbalanced with nitrogen gas because it is inert (and cheap). It's how you move the camera in the studio effortlessly- sometimes (when shooting music) it's quite elegant- like a dance!
