i thought, just for politness, that i would bring this response to your page. some very religious people tend to not have a sense of humour.

sorry, that was very mean but i could not help it. i really was asking the questions on his page as a serious thing. i like to know how different people come to believe the way they do. it is interesting to me. it is just that the 'found god' response always makes me grin.

And what I posted is exactly what he will say. And he unsubscribes to most conversations these days as well...

then why is he here? if he does not want to discuss things with people then it appears he is on the wrong site. from what i have seen everyone here is open to discuss anything. i don't understand stating a belief but refusing to discuss the whys of it.

just wondering, are you making some sort of fun with my questions? i don't mind (ok, maybe i'd mind a little) but i'd hate to think you were if you weren't.
i am still asking him questions because he is still answering them. well sort of, at least he hasn't unsubscribed (yet). i am still trying to figure out why his whole page is devoted to christianity and nothing else. i've gone through his journals and quite a few of his postings. they are all about one thing.
as for premoderation, i've got some muslim on the same thing. i have to wait for him to show up as well. strange.

brave? i don't know about brave. i do know that i don't seem to be getting much from him in the way of a response. he sticks with very vague answers, which i am not used to. i am used to christians being very forthcoming and not being able to get them to stop trying to convert you to their specific church (baptist,catholic,mormom and so on). i thought maybe if i asked the questions in enough different ways i could get some sort of answer out of him. though i do think i have done good so far, he hasn't unsubscribed from the conversation. kind of hard to i guess because it is on his homepage .

Well the thing is, he has a superiority complex. He just doesn't care. Maybe you should approach it like you want to join him in his almight f**king quest? Might get some more out of him...

can't do that with a straight face. anyway, his post just became unhidden and it seems he is finished chatting so i guess i am off to find someone else to question. amazing how people become so defensive when questioned about things. you would think that instead of defensive they would be happy to explain. oh well.
and maybe in my wanderings i will find a spot to just have fun and goof off
