A DNA site is any one of the BBC sites using the DNA system. These are currently h2g2, 360 and Sense Of Place. DNA doesn't mean the tiny pieces of info living things are made from- well, not in this case anyway. It stands for Douglas Noel Adams, author / founder of h2g2.
