Hi
I work for a US company and our ead office is in Boston, so I"m reporting to the mother ship for a couple of days. I come here three or four times a year. Only ere for a few days though. Tomorrow I'm in Edinburgh so no doubt I'll report in from there too! Back in London on Friday.
So what are you doing in Ipswich?

Hi

What I'm mostly doing in Ipswich is arsing about on the Internet when I should be working. I'm an administrator at a college and I don't always have enough work to do. I've lived in Ipswich for 11 years and it's not a bad old place.
I've never been to America, but I would like to. I'd love to go to New York and I'd also like to visit New England. I used to live in Boston England, so I'd like to visit Boston USA, which I bet it is heaps nicer than the grotty little Lincolnshire town after which it was named. I think there is an Ipswich in Massechusets too, isn't there?
I have been to Scotland, although not to Edinburgh. I think I'm likely to achieve my desire to visit Edinburgh a lot sooner than the one to visit America.
Anyway, I had better go and do something to justify my salary.
Have a nice day.

Boston USA is great. It's not too big, the people are fantastic and it's one of the few American cities that has some real history, as does all of New England really. I highly recommend it. New York is fantastic too although a completely different experience. I love America. In fact I've just found out that a conference I have to go to in December wil be in Miami which I haven't been to before so that's exciting. I love my job.

Lucky you! It must be great to have a job that you enjoy. I haven't been all that enamoured with any of the jobs I have done and I still don't really know what I want to do with myself.
