Love On The Tube

One evening I had spent playing on a PS2 at some friends house, I ended up crashing at his place. Since it was a particularly nice day-I had been wearing shorts and T-Shirt.. So obviously being English weather- it rained the next day. So I had to walk from his flat through the rain in shorts to Highbury and Islington tube station.
Anyone with any sense would consider this the last place you would meet a girl... I certainly did.. I didnt know how wrong I was..
You see- it wasnt my usual station anyway. But who picks up on the tube- possibly the most cramped, disgusting and smelly place in the known universe?
As you do, I glanced at a rather attractive young lady on the platform and we caught each others eyes.. We eneded up chatting on the carriage when the train arrived and by the end of the journey, had swapped phone numbers. We did a dinner date that night- and now we have been together for three weeks! And she is positively gorgeus!
It is by far the most unbeleivable thing that has ever happened to me(Closely followed by surviving a near-fatal motorway accident). But it really just goes to show- you can never know what this crazy universe will think up for you next! Oh yeah- and wear shorts in the rain!
