It does appear that your user number is surprisingly easy to manipulate into 42. If these mice are making it easy to transform user numbers, then they must have completely ignored mine 
:
109000 = InvTan(1) + 0 - 9^(0!/(0!+0!)) = 42 (and that's the simplest version anyone's been able to come up with! 
)
