Stats are what they good at and what your bad at but try and balence your team out. Speed
Accuracy
Strength
Toughness
Make them all out of 6, 6 being the highest.

5 basic, 1 keeper, 5 reserves, 1 reserve keeper. You may also take a Star Player.
