i gotta go. this whole place has got an icky stinky feeling for me now. politics will ruin absolutely anything. i'd particularly like to thank the anonymous rumor-spreaders and the emailers of paranoid fantasies for making my relatively unimportant life less happy this week, and really ruining the week for some otherwise probably very decent people.
i hope i'm not letting anyone down by chickening out and bolting like this, but i was not cut out for this sort of wrangling. if anybody figures out what it is that makes people be so mean to each other all the time, let me know, okay?

of the flames from a flame-thrower. literally. i missed seeing a huge old post because i was too distracted. 
and they said quincy's loss of temper was a "flame-war"? brother. maybe if people have been here a real long time they're able to get away with that stuff? 
maybe there's another explanation, and it came in on the 
?
maybe i'm just catching the general paranoia.
