Hi News Editor
I thought I'd drop by and apologise in person for jumping you. I do hope you haven't been put off h2g2 forever. I think what riled people was your apparent anonymity. You could have said exactly the same things, but got a completely different response, if you had been posting while you lurked on the site, and people felt they 'knew' you.
But - hey - we all make mistakes, if we didn't we'd never learn anything. I am *still* trying to learn not to post when my inner-bitch is doing the typing for me.
Anyway, please stick around. You can turn a neat sentance or three, and the Guide and (dare I say it even the Post) need you. And as John Fulton pointed out, the Community *certainly* needs you.
