Hello cyber cat.
You seem like the kind of feline that enjoys a good chat ???
I may not be a cat myself, only a humble sausage. But I do enjoy a chinwag.
I'm also a massive Sci Fi fan, or any sort of fiction really. It's just so much more enthalling than real life isn;t it.
What's an Eb horn then? sounds painful!
Should Sci fi be funny or just Sci fi? I prefer Red Dwarf to Star Trek!
errr that's it I guess. Just 'helllo' and hope to chat soon.

Well it is nice to hear from you Simon the
An Eb horn is an E flat horn-its a musical brass instument that looks a bit like a tenor horn.
I do prefer the comedy sci-fi to the Star Trekkey types but then again its all good.
I think people like sci-fi coz it takes you away from reality and everyone interested in 'whats out there?' kinda thing.
So how have you been and what you been up to?
Tell me something about yourself.
Don`t let the name fool you-just because I`m called Cybercat dosen`t mean I like cats.
People just call me Cyb anyway-short version.
You can also email me if you want-its at the bottom of my page.

Howdy
Got a good impression of what an eb horn is now thank you!
Yep, sci fi is great for escapism, as is any good book really. I really don't like these docusoap proggys like Big Brother and survivor. I don't see the attraction of watching ordinary people do ordinary things. But I still get drawn in, and end up as addicted as the rest of the nation lol. What's that all about eh?
I have been very well thanks, upto all sorts, just buying a new house with my wife and two kiddies at the moment, very stressful but a nice challenge. Loads more about my wife and kids on my user space. Be warned, there's lots of gushing!
Nice to meet you cyb, thanks for replying.
Bit bad timing as I'm on holiday for the next week, but if you don't mind I'll email you when I get back for another chat.
My email is [email protected], if you want to leave me something to read when I get home

Cheers, I'll really look forward to it.
Oh and thank's for telling me not to call myself stupid and ugly in the breasts thread.
I am though, but luckily my wife Clare doesn't think so. (she is medically classed as blind)
So I may be ugly and stupid, but I'm also happy. Happier than anyone else I know infact. And I wouldn't change a thing.

Hi Cyb,
Sorry I didn't reply sooner, very rude of me I know.
Yes my wife does have quite an unsual spelling of her name, I've also seem it spelt 'Clair'.
I believe Clare has an Irish origin, whereas Claire is English.
They are both derived from Clarence, which is my little nickname for the wifey It's what her dad used to call her when he's was angry, so it works a treat when I want to get ruond her
I also call her 'Pud' and she calls me 'lamb' for some reason.
Have you ever had anyone call you a silly affectionate name?

Cybercat Posted Oct 4, 2002
No afraid not
You see I`ve never had a guy long enough to call them any name except when they cheat and lie to me

Simon the Silly Sausage (Gone AWOL from h2g2) Posted Oct 4, 2002
I'm sorry to hear that Claire
Not all guys are cheaters and liers, honest.
You are still very young, I bet you meet someone special enough to call a silly name very soon.
What would you like them to call you? Or does that kind of lovey dovey behaviour grate on you?
It sounds like you've had some bad experiences and been hurt in the past. I hope that doesn't put you off trying again.

No never does

I would like to be called anything that is nice really...I don`t mind

Simon the Silly Sausage (Gone AWOL from h2g2) Posted Oct 4, 2002
I bet you don't really attract bad guys. There are just more bad ones than good ones, so on average you'll have to filter through some bad to get to the good.
Unless you get lucky like me and find an angel on the second try
I do know some women who only ever date men who treat them badly. I'v never understood the logic in that, but they do it again and again and never learn from thier mistakes. I hope you're not one of those.
You don't sound like you'd put up with anyone horrible though.
I read your post about virginity yesterday. My wife was a virgin when we met, and that was honestly the most precious gift she could have given me. (not counting the kids we now have)
It is worth saving, good luck with it!

Good for you.
The only hard part if finding someone who isn't a j**k, most guys are.
Without getting too deep, sex is a wonderful thing though. Nothing to be scared of, but it is something that should be shared with someone you love and who loves you.
BTW have you read the thread on virginity on Galaxy Babes page? It will put you off for life lol. Do you want the link?
