I just ran into one of your Welcomes - and hope that you won't mind if I make a polite suggestion
If you add a few links to your Welcome the "newbies" have somewhere to start their exploration - among the ones I use are <./> Welcome-Newcomers </.> and The H2G2 Post page of links <./>A616718</.> but anything along those lines would do.
You might also like to have a look at <./>A573833</.> So you Want to be a good Ace - I found it to be a really good place to start as it sets out the "conventions" that we ACEs use.
I hope that you take these suggestions in the friendly spirit that they are offered.
