why hello, tom, my name is alex and i am only here because jenny made me (partially true). I also have a teenyweeny knowledge of hitch-hikers *waits for the shots*. Nonetheless this seems a bit of a smlurgensherften place to be. Not quite sure what that word means, you can interpret it in any way you see fit. Is it my imagination or are all sundays very very strange?
Alex.

nice 2 meet u + no, all sundays are very strange, not sure why but some very inexplicable things always seem to happen.
I have actually found that only a rudimentry knowlage of the book is necessary to at least vaguely assimilate into the community - the rest are a combination of computing skills and knowlage of

hi. all sundays are strange, but all mondays are even stranger than the sundays... at least that is what i think... not that there is a normal day, it's just that those two stick out as particularly odd
Computing skills indeed... i have found this site even has it's own programming language of sorts. you're right; the and the rest are very happy and merry.
What is the most inexplicable thing that has happened to you recently?
I had a dream my girlfriend's sister came to my house and stole two biscuits of weetabix to make a sandwich with.

i am not quite decided. i think planning will be required before a definite leaving time is agreed. still, i am open to suggestions - and that strange thing where your hands have been very cold and then get warm too quickly and itch.

i tend to stay warm for ages before i get cold, but stay cold for a very long time. i also shiver a lot. there's nothing like going to bed to get you warm.

Nho (indoctrinated this week) Posted Jan 19, 2002
goodness. snugly warm in bed with your girlfriend and still cold... some people get all the badluck in the warmth catergory.
as for our methods of travel to the moon, i was thinking of something in the line of becoming stowaways on a moon rocket.
most dash - i have fry to fish.

Well it wasn a bed it was a wicker sofa and blanket, thas all.
As for stowing away that is too easy, how about making a moon rocket ourselves?
moon trip
Nho (indoctrinated this week) Posted Jan 20, 2002
wicker sofa and blanket... yes i can see the cold getting at you without adequate protection..
i think you are right, stowing away is too easy - i always go for the easy option, it's a flawed personality trait. i can tell that i am going to need someone such as yourself to keep me in check. we are going to need the right materials for the moon rocket though..
we may need outside help for this venture.

Well mayb we could use some help. We need a method of propulsion, I was thinking of a large number of imps on bicycles - any other suggestions?

Now dont you get started on that topic Laura
Anyway I have already found some Imps, it is too late to turn back now.

Nho (indoctrinated this week) Posted Jan 21, 2002
beg pardon for my ignorance on the subject... i'm sure the imps will do very nicely. an excellent proposition. now, what's all this about getting somewhere by blowing in the right direction?

Well, if you blow backwards (ie towards the Earth) then it will surely propel us forwards... but I do like the imps...

Hopefully well be soon
