I'm hoping it will be a singularly uneventful year!

But life isn't like that is it?

Shall we keep this thread for posting events and keep chatting to a minimum, or shall we just chat away?

Do either of you have any plans for this year already?

I would like to go to the mini-meet in London on March 8th.
In October {half-term} I am looking after my grandson so my daughter and son-in-law can go to Canada for a belated honeymoon.

I have no holiday plans myself.smiley - erm

I currently have no love-interest, either.smiley - flustered

But I'll let you know if I get any Valentine's cards.smiley - tongueout

The only plan so far is 4 nights away over Valentine's Day smiley - cupid in Cornwall. Not exactly exotic, but H has so much annual leave left over from last year that we it would be a good idea to use some of it up.

We have talked about having a week in Italy or somewhere later in the year, I must get some dates pinned down otherwise he will be booked up with w*rk commitments and won't get away at all.

Over Easter it's my turn to organise a family gathering, here. As long as the weather is good, the younger kids can play in the garden, whilst we older ones can drink plenty of smiley - redwine and smiley - alesmiley - winkeye

smiley - tea and smiley - cake would be lovely smiley - smiley

My new gates were fitted and finished today.smiley - biggrin

And I have a new pet smiley - cat Gorgeous George. The other one should be arriving next week, the current owner doesn't want to part with him as he's the "housesmiley - cat" and she would miss him, so she's leaving bringing him over until the day before she moves.

Thinking about you and yours Tabs smiley - cuddle

Italy sounds nice, Caerwynn! I went there on a school holiday when I was 15, and always wanted to return. One day......smiley - ok

I read somewhere that dreams mean the opposite..so death means birth...perhaps someone in the family is expecting? Or is it telling him to be re-born and change his job?
