happy for you to do so, although it means you'll have to put up with my journal entries appearing on your page smiley - laugh
as for age, I wouldn't like to guess, 1 of many things its hard to tell about people on the internet
I think for a lot of people the music we like in our teens/late 20s is always the most influential
although my tastes have widened since then many of my favourites still come from that era (oh, and I hate dance music smiley - winkeye)

Yes you're right about the music of my teens: it still works for me. But I'm finding some good songs around at the moment too. My parents had a dance band so I grew up with those lovely old standards from the thrities and forties smiley - smiley

(If you can bear to drink camomile tea it works on out-of-kilterness, but it's not everyone's cup of smiley - tea)

Very true! It must be the bergamots or whatever they're called that give it that peculiar aroma and taste. But I confess to being a coffee addict (quite usual for nocturnal folk I reckon smiley - winkeye )

when I worked in an office with a percolater I used to drink ridiculous amounts of smiley - coffee but at work here the only smiley - coffee comes out of a machine so I mostly drink water
I do like a nice cup of real smiley - coffee
since I got a fancy food processer for Xmas I should really try grinding the beans myself

There's an old-fashioned coffee shop not far from where I live where you can choose the coffee beans you want and have them ground in the shop. I got there just after it closed the other day and shouted through the letter-box in case there was anyone still inside and the smell of different kinds of coffee was so strong it was almost as good as drinking it.
Almost but not quite smiley - winkeye

smiley - winkeye Well I just try whatever's on special offer. But if money were no object, Blue Mountain. Any rich roast Kenyan is good if you like your coffee strong, too. A friend gave me some Sumatran to try today (it's got a tiger on the label and promises to be *bold* but I haven't tried it yet). And good old Douwe Egberts will never let you down.

yes, I've had Kenyan and it was ok
I usually vary between whats cheap and Freetrade
mind you I usually only manage 1 or 2 'ethical' purchases a shopping trip
currently I have cheap coffee but free range eggs smiley - laugh
