My wife and I had a very nice visit to Cajun Country last year. Too cruel that there is nothing like boudin and cracklin' around these parts. 
Have you met Evangeline (U186031), who also hails from your neck of the woods?

I have indeed met Evangeline...glad you got a chance to sample some of our local cuisine, I miss boudin terribly right now. Will be returning soon to go get some though.
