Hello.
There are some very interesting people here.
I'm honored you consider me to be one of them.
I'm in the process of getting myself established, setting up my space to be the way I want it and trying to meet some new people.
Jumped in on a couple of conversations I found in a friend's space...
I think I'm gonna like it here. Everyone's very friendly.
How are you?

cool!!! no, i haven't. have you read secret realms? i hardly remember it - borrowed it from the library 3 years ago - but i loved it...fortunately we're working a lot w/creative in lit this year, but that's just b/c of the teacher...what sorts of video games? i don't have time for a fencing club, and i doubt there's one near me either. what a shame. i'm not exceptionally good at it, but it's a cool sport and i suppose it could come in handy one day...
well, whatever (about the fencing)
hope to hear from you soon too!!!

secret realms isn't fantasy, i'd say it's pretty hard core sci-fi
these people are trained to fight on a computer system (think: the matrix) and eventually break out into the real world. it's very cool and deals somewhat with the military. somehow it seems more plausible than the matrix, too...
i don't think i've heard of those, except maybe for half-life. i have a game called redjack for the computer - beat it - and want black and white. i also have star wars racer and sims and one of those civilization building games. they're cool (esp. racer).

ooh that sounds really cool. i like the sound of that. im a fan of the matrix and stuff like it. thanks 4 letting me know about that book.
yeah, black and white looks cool, but i dont think my computer could handle it. my brother borrowed it from his friend once, but i couldn't get it 2 work, coz i needed a crack or something :S so that was a let down.
i have star wars racer on my nintendo, thats a kickass game. and yeah, those civilization building games, i really love them. especially civilization II and alpha centauri.
neways, catch ya round.
