h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I'm on a greeting mission today. I decided to say hello to lots of people I've seen around but not really spoken to. Are you newish like me or is it just a new persona? Just curious, because I'm still fairly new (I think I arrived in October, but time is a funny thing - I feel like I've been here all my life!)

I did enter around mid summer but my computer went kaput and I forgot my password and who I was (I wear a lapel badge with my name on it now) so I started another personna. I still hope to find myself somewhere on h2g2. If you see a lost personna send him this way.

Just unburied this thread, dusted it off, and decided to ask you, Mistadrong, off the record, how you find Lil's atelier? Have been working through the latest backlog, noticed you introduce yourself, but wondering how essential it is to read the rest. I am quite nervous of stepping in there as I'm feeling sensitive at the moment, but think they seem a lovely crowd (though what put me off initially was that they all seem to have known each other for ages) I think I'll skip the middle bit, read the last couple of pages and then dive in. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, eh?

Hi Candi, I don't have much time for staying on line so the thread in Lil's tends to run away from me so it means lots of reading through the backlog. By the time I've caught up it's almost time to go off-line again so I haven't been there for a while. I found the people there nice but they don't take much notice of people who post just to get their name on the most postings page. I think you know what I mean, they usually post a smiley or a single word and contribute nothing. Reading back through your postings I see you're going through a rough patch. Hope there was something useful there, some people posted some good points.

Just realised - you missed an essential ingredient in the cocktail I mentioned earlier in the thread! It was milk (haemochocoLACTathon, remember?)So the cocktail is actually blood mixed with chocolate milk!
