Ay up, Geoff,
I also disagree with this business that people have the right to be free from offence. If they are never offended, then they have no defence mechanism in place against offensive people.
And it's silly people who are the most likely to be offended...

I hadn't considered that not being offended means not developing a defence against offensive people. Good point 
I never got further than deciding the idea was self-evidently a load of rubbish.
