(The guy who made this point first isn't with us any more, so I'm saying it for him.)
There isn't going to be a 'war' in Iraq. No, honestly there isn't. I looked it up in the dictionary and guess what I found out:
A War is when *two* armies are fighting.
So, there you have it. The Western powers dropping bombs on and killing terrified, malnourished Iraqi conscripts hardly qualifies under that definition, does it? We can all sleep safe in our beds while Dubya gets reelected by a landslide. God bless the GOP!

*can't decide whether to laugh or not*
Now dear, what about North Korea? That happens to scare me more than Iraq....

Ah, well, I've noticed a funny thing. If you *don't* have nuclear weapons, America will be your friend, cos you're not really a threat to it. If you *do* have nuclear weapons, America will be your friend, because if not you could really be a threat to it. Only *trying* to get nuclear weapons will make you America's enemy. As soon as the North Koreans build their first nuke (or failing that a big solar-powered laser-gun satellite) America will miraculously decide they're not such a menace after all. Odd truths of modern diplomacy, #1...
