Your message received and much appreciated - it can get lonely out here even with the ship's cat for company. Looks Like I'm back in radio range again - real voices for a change. Greetings landlubbers!
Old Higgsy's been sailing some heavy seas, but he's almost back in port, looking forward to a shower, a shave, and something to eat without weevils or salt water...

Higgsy, pheeew,contact at last, we were getting worried, we are celebrating with cold 
and and edibles, not listing them cos I'm thinking that might be mean. AFTER the shower shave and change of clothing come and join the party

Unfortunately Freddy and George didn't make it... We harvested what we could, but events moved too fast, and we had to leave them. I'll explain in more detail in my journal - looks like we may be needing our little harvest.
A little ale and good company would certainly warm my bones. I'll pop in to the Cafe as soon as I get my land legs...

Yes, we sent the girls (they were actually female in spite of the masculine names!) to the great grow-room in the sky...
We did the decent thing 
and then scoffed the remaining and energy bars before the re-entry. This is pretty standard (though unofficial) procedure now, what with the automated guidance system, and the sugar buzz gives you enough of a boost to stay alert until touchdown - and if you do throw up on the way down, it doesn't hang around in front of you 
for very long...

Also somewhat concerned about Cjob's disappearance but will turn up in a couple of weeks, bright eyed and bushy tailed and none the worse for wear, sure of it. Sensing the Merry Christmas is abit trite but still, best of luck and all good wishes Love Peanut xx

After a long wait without news, things have been moving pretty fast, but security is tight. Managed to contact Cjob - he's fine, but still being kept in 'rehab'.
Off to update the ship's log...
