Sunday March 3rd

Oooooooooh! I havent been on here for a while...
Well, I've been very poorly and have had lots of nasty tests to discover I have Ulcerative Colitis. I am still coming to terms with this - I mean, what the hell, why the hell and how the hell? Also, is it as big a deal as they are making out? And why do they keep trying to stick this the wrong way up me. Its not on.

We have sold our house, we are moving to a massive 4 bedromed home on March 15th and I am so loooking forwar to it. I am going to get a job and maybe return to higher or further education in September, I'll see how I get on with the job.
It's all change, all exciting and I'm going to get my own kitten. Finally.

Been packing, Live in boxes now! Theres so much to get done and with Rick on nights just before we move we've had to start early and its going to be tight.
Just cannot wait though. It's going to rock.

Busy day tomorrow... job interview in Scunthorpe amongst a myriad other things.
Off to see what my sister's been doing with herself...
Love y'all.

Montag

Hmmmmmmm: yesterday turned into more than just a pie - a sitck caramel cake and apple tart also turned up. Darn those pesky paws.
Today ,well, I have received the information from my Uni on how to leave so I am once more a free [ish] woman - a good thing. Now all I need is that job so I'd better get studying that Health & Safety book again.
Found my sister, now all she has todo is reply to me. Going to add track listings to all the releases on the RhinoSite this week. Gee, that'll be fun. Mind you, its a better piece with those on it - even more information. Must get in touch with my cousins and that. Still, got until 1am.
Eeeek! Must email Tony Randle. Phew, nearly forgot.

*Yawn*

Today I am revising Health and Safety legislation, watching telly, making a pie and sleeping a lot. The Health and Safety is for an interview I hope to get next week for a local theatre, the telly and pie are for personal consumption, and the sleep is something I like to do when it is raining - as it is today.
My life is so exciting I bet you wish you were me. So do I. The highlight of my week at the mement is shopping trip to Morrisons in Grimsby. Now theres a revelation for you - Quality AND Value. And something to do.
Today's pie recipe is sausagemeat. This is pretty easy.
1lb shortcrust pastry [imperial! so beat me!],
1lb sausagemeat.
1 egg, beaten.
1 tablespoon tomato pasta sauce.
1 teaspoon herbs.
1 teaspoon Jamaican Pepper [Ground Allspice].
I smallonion, chopped VERY finely.
Stick everything but the pastry in a bowl and mash it about a bit until its all mixed up.
Wash paws.
Roll out half of the pastry and line greased pie dish with it.
Fill pasty crust with sausagemeat goo you have just made.
roll out the other half of the pastry and make a nice top for it. Stick a fork in the cover [make it look fairly nice] so it doesnt explode or anything. Bake it. GM 7 [gas oven] for 25 mins, gm 4 for the next 20 minutes. If you add any bacon to it, its 1 hour - 30 mins GM 7, 30 mins GM 4.
Not really suitble for vegetarians I guess.
