Hi, Micheal Jay Mole ACE here. Abi suggested I move my poem from my journal to the Poetry Appreciation site. Question: is there a way I can move the poem over without having to type the whole thing again? Its a question I should learn the answer to as I may be asked it by a new member someday. Advice?
Thanks in advance!

Hi MJM,
Your poem will be very welcome here, but there's a bit of a backlog as my last computer exploded and I've just made it back on line.
Simply SELECT and COPY the poem you've posted, click Discuss This Entry on the Appreciation site and PASTE it there. Look forward to reading it,

Select & copy? Hullabaloo, I am a computer moron. Sorry to hear yours exploded. I can do everything after select and copy: I do not now how to do either. I am a very slow learner. Ah! I believe I may have found it! Will give it a try. I have lots of poems I would like to submit. I have been published 3 times, but get no royalties . I don't write for money anyway.
Must sleep. Watch me and see if I can succceed. Thanks for the advice!

Hi MJM,
SELECT = with left click facility of the mouse, hold it down and drag it across the text to highlight what you want to select.
COPY = In the Edit menu left click on COPY
Then go where you want to paste it and in the edit menu click on PASTE
Sorry , we have limited resources so we can only deal with one poem per poet. A good place to discuss as many poems as you like is on the web at http://trace.ntu.ac.uk They do free writer's workshops and also offer courses.
