Yeah ... I know... (there are lots of us) but I just noticed your posting on BabyFox's page and noted your concern about the average age of researchers here. Well ... I can allay your fears ... as Dancer said in another thread .. one of the wonderful things about h2g2 is the incredibly huge range of ages, interests, and levels here. 
The main thing is, though, that, in general, the people are friendlier and a little more thoughtful (and thinking) than on most sites. I think that the only time that I have seen a/s/l in a thread here it was posted sarcastically 
It IS an interesting and fun place - and like most things, you will get out of it just what you put into it - ALL contributions are most welcome.

Hi Fiesor - thanks for your comments, and believe me, I'm enjoying the site, and have nothing against people younger than myself, which these days seems to be just about everybody. Anyway, being the same age as Mick Jagger isn't all bad.

No worries - and I know what it's like when you mention a favourite song, book, tv show etc and someone says "Gee, I wasn't even BORN when that came out!"
