So I got the bike out the shed at my mum's and got it all roadworthy. Halfway between Elphinstone and Wallyford, I get an almighty stitch so I take a breather. Get on the train and off at Waverley. Braved the lunchtime traffic on Princes Street and got to work 10 mins late. After work, I cycled to the Royal Victoria Hospital in the rain. Got a lift home with the bike in the back of the Land Rover.
This keep fit malarkey is far too much hard work!

That still doesn't mean I enjoy exercising... The trying to keep fit bit is the worst part of playing football. two practice sessions with the team each week, combined with two gym sessions each week as well. That's just not fun...
