1 question how do u get smiley faces on ur msgs?

No that's how you do them in guideML.
To do them in postings use these<> with the word smiley in between them.

Sorry just realised it was the smiley you wanted.
<> with angel between them.

If you go to the smiley page and look at the column marked long code that is the one to use for putting smileys in your postings.
The one you used is for putting smileys into guide entries using guideML.

If you mean a photo you can't.
You can get pictures from the h2g2 graphics library (there's a link on my links page) but I think you have to be using guideML to use them.

To answer your other questions.
I've been an ACE for 3/4 weeks.
I'm 34.
I've been on h2g2 since May 2000.
I'm from Glasgow.

Most people on h2g2 don't use that texting shorthand that you are using, there's nothing to say you can't but I've never used it and don't always understand what you mean.

Im sorry you can't understand some of what i say,i'm not very good at spelling so shorthand texting is easier for me.Still can't figure out how to get a graphic on my page?.

Hi VAMP ANGEL.

I've had a look at your page and It looks like you are in plain text mode. To change to GuideML, which you need to use graphics, go to your page, click edit page, look down below the text box and you should see the options, plain text-guideML, select guideML and click change style and that will be you in GuideML.
