So, how the hell are you?
Or, 'the , you say?'
Or, 'hot enough for you?'
Anyway, welcome to h2g2
I see you have been busy joining in on various conversations, and that you know how to use smilies.. and you are getting involved with the community.. good for you
I also noticed that no one has yet officially welcomed you, so I thought I should correct that oversight
You seem to be finding your way around ok, but if you need any help, or just want to chat a bit, I'll be happy to do what I can...

yep.
smilies are a 'special' tag, because they have a built-in close..
just type them in like this: <SMILEY TYPE="smiley"/>
BTW, you can examine the code for most pages on h2g2.
For Researcher's Personal Spaces, with numbers like 'U123456', just replace the 'U' with the words 'testuserpage'
For other Guide articles, with numbers like 'A123456', replace the 'A' with the word 'test'
You can use your browser's Address window to do this, or post a letter to yourself, and type in the full URL for the page you want to examine, replacing the 'U' or 'A' as required.
For example, the links page URL listed in this post would be modified to look like this:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/test537932
And when you post the message, you will be able to click the link just like any other link, but it will analyse and display the code for the page.
Be sure to visit the Guide ML Clinic for more information -- the link is available on my links page:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/A537932
or you can find it by using the h2g2 search engine.
