There werent reallyany nice scruffy Northerners, but there were quite a few nice Southerners. They let me burn their socks (purely to save on washing!).

There we have it, I survived Leeds, dispite the rioting/exploding toilets/"free hug" givers/spam men. How odd. Really annoyed cos reel big fish werent on after all, due to "unforseen circumstances". Damn them. I didn't see the disaster either cos summat else was on at the same time. Grr...

I bet they don't either, not after all the cool riots. They were well entertainging to watch tho I tell you! One of my mates got charged at by the police cos he was standing and watching, and was looking "suspicious". Hmmm... Another of my mates got looked at the helicopter cos he set the end of a toilet roll on fire and was running round the campsite with it. High entertainment value. There is no limit to the fun you can have with fire...

thats all well and good, but what about the people who want a festival?

It wasn't us who was doing it! I guess it does suck for those who would like it in future though. Mean Fiddler did break their contract way before this anyway, by selling alcohol after 11pm when G'n'Rs were playing. Just cos they came on late and wouldn't get off the damn stage, I don't get why they had to sell alcohol. All seems a bit stupid to me.

Got to be going back to college on Tuesday. Sucks. I was just getting into the holiday spirit! When are you off to prestigious places?

that would be october the 8th...i think 5 weeks is a bit much, so im going to do some work in london. that would be me, in the black, at large in london. for an entire month. oh my.

still, college is fun too. i didnt do any work in the upper sixth until study leave...so dont worry about it...

no no no! thats not what i meant: as long as you do the bare minimum of work youve been set and get all the stuff down that you need from class, you dont have to start revising until study leave: cramming *does* work...

Well, I tried that this year. It evidently doesn't work for me at least. Thats a bit unfortunate really. Ah well. Time to pull my finger out, dammit. Plus I went back to school today, and all these scarey little people are about, and it scares me that Im now this old! ARGH!

what scares me is that im not at school at all now - and my brother is. and i have nothing to do with my time. im actually having nightmares about going back to school currently tho, so it cant have been that great...
