Yes, I brought back some really nice memories. Lots of people on that trip probably brought back beer and cigarettes! We're thinking of doing a four day trip to Bilbao at some time in the future. Same deal, only we get just 3 hours in Bilbao. we'll have to save though as it's a fair bit more expensive.

Ah, but if we go Club Class, the trip itself will be the real treat!
BTW, I keep leaving your Human Design Bodygraph at work and I have again. I see you are a Projectos. What I thought you had described (the triangle) was the heart centre, which is the small one to the right, whilst you were describing the larger spleen centre to the left, which means you are splenic. This gives you good intuition. The spleen also has fear gates. Without having it in front of me, I can't see which fear gate/s you have.
I'll have a look after the weekend. Going to see the X Men tomorrow! Little is looking forward to it.

What does having fear gates mean? Sounds like something I'd have if I went to see XMenII! Little must be very brave. I was thinking about maybe going to see Matrix Reloaded but I had nightmares after the first one - so maybe not. Mind you, I had nightmares after watching the first Harry Potter film! (I'm such a delicate soul!)

Each of the numbers on the centres represents a gate and the gates have different meanings. The spleen represents our survival mechanism. A defined spleen means you have a good immune system and that allopathic drugs will work consistently for you. They don't for me - undefined spleen, so homeopathic stuff works better. I have four fear gates defined - the future, authority, inadequacy and responsibility.
Nightmares after having seen the first Harry Potter? Little thought it was brilliant and couldn't wait until the video came out, then watched it back to back until I could almost recite it line for line! He watched the Matrix with us as well.
Mind you, he did have nightmares after having watched 'Flash Gordon' - the bit where the postulant gets stung by the wood beast. Don't blame him there!

My 6 year old watches Harry Potter 1 and 2 endlessly! She knows it all word for word. The bit that I didn't like was the end of the first film - where he touches what's his name's face and it drops off and then the evil spirit thing goes whooshing through. I think it was more by association than anything else that it got to me. I remember being very worried as a child by a programme about what would happen in a nuclear attack and there was a bit where the blast kind of vapourised peoples' faces off. Also the spirit reminded me of the end of Indiana Jones where the angels(?) come out of the ark and all of the soldiers watching get vapourised.
(Told you - I'm just a sensitive soul!)

Oh, I thought that would be the part vegantoo! Little watched both with equanimity. We saw Raiders of the Lost Ark just recently on TV. He thought it was great. I made sure I stayed with him through it though.
I can remember stuff from childhood that scared me. Funnily enough, the most scary bit was a radio play - a ghost story. When I found it some years ago in a compendium of ghost stories (my ex bought it), it *still* scared me. So I got rid of it.

We went to see X Men 2 on Saturday with little . Great fun! Gong to see The Matrix Reloaded on Friday, hopefully. My chap thinks it's a great movie (well, he thought The Matrix was a great one and is hoping that this will be the same). It's a15, so little can't come.
Not sure if they're your kind of films. The first is very Boys Own Comic stuff.

Hi there Vegantoo!
I've finally managed to bring home your Bodygraph. You have two defined channels, from the spleen to the throat and from the self or 'G' centre, to the throat. Guess what - Ieft my interpreting book at work! Although I know about the centres (and told you a bit about them earlier), I'm still learning about the channels, so this is going to have to wait until I bring home the information.
I still hold that you should be quite intuitive, though. You have two of the fear gates in the spleen. I'll have to wait to see what they are. I have four, although my spleen is not defined.
Also to say, your open centres are where your learning and your wisdom comes!

You'll have to answer that one yourself, vegantoo! It's where our opportunities for being learned and wise come from.
All the gates and channels are two edged swords, or like coins, they have two sides to them.
I have the channel of mating, which is meant to be a strongly sexual one, but it can also be that fear constricts this and that lessons have to be learned in order to let the innate gift blossom.
