Hi Zarquon
I have noticed this last week or two that you have been around at this unearthly hour of 7:00 am on a number of occasions. My excuse is that I have just come of the night shift. What’s yours?

Hi Stuart!
I do get up early, although some nights I can't sleep - yesterday I was on-line at 3am! Generally I get up early to do meditation practices and stuff and I'm sufficiently addicted to h2g2 to want to know what's going on before I go to work.

Ah, such dedication, or is it addiction. I am around at 3:00 am occasionaly, but only when I can have a lie-in in the morning. I do love my bed, which is where I am off to in a few moments.

Often when I'm awake, I'm wide awake. There are times when I think, 'Oh, sod it, I'll just pretend I'm asleep and then I get the feeling of having wasted the time, unless I'm actually tired and can't sleep and that's a different matter.
Off to the Isle of Wight tomorrow to see my parents.
