Well, the tarot reading's completed and I got paid in LETS Acorns (Local Exchange Trading Scheme). I did three spreads and an I Ching reading. She seemed to be really pleased with it and I was reasonably happy.

Tarot works for me if the querent (person being read for) is clear about hir question. If they're all over the place, you get some really fuzzy readings.

One of the really good things for me was that as she came round to my house, it inspired me to do some spring cleaning and to chuck away some junk.

I'm going to add a bit about LETS in my World Debt entry - it looks like being a University project now. I've had some interesting comments about it and I don't think I'm going to be able to please everyone, although I've tried to accommodate ideas and suggestions so far.

How are things with you? As you supplied the , how about some ?

Good luck on the LETS project. Are you trying to become a offical researcher. I'd like to be one, but I don't have the time to compile a full project.

Well, I didn't intend to become a Field Researcher, but there were a couple of posts in the thread that suggested the entry was getting too large and either should be split - I had a bit of difficulty with that - or should be made into a Uni project. So I think a Uni project will ensue.

Is LETS a big thing over there?

What subject were you thinking of doing an entry on?

Lets isn't a big thing. And I wanted to do a project on US foriegn policly. How over the last centrury, the FBI, CIA, and various other organizations have praticed actions defined as Bush as "terrorist" actions, or actions of a "Rouge state"
But h2g2 shut it down for being too contrivercial.

What's a 'Rouge state'? (Rouge = red = communist?)

They accaully axed it. Hid it and said I had to drop the project.

Oh, that's a shame! It got Moderated. Did they say it was too controversial? I think they normally give you an explanation.

(I worked out what you meant by 'Rouge' state, though - 'rogue' state, eh?)

I'm feeling dreadful with a very sore throat and headache at the moment. Luckily, the cough isn't so bad today. I've spent the last couple of days in and out of bed.

I'm not used to coughing so bad it hurts, but it *is* much better, thanks. Youngster got it as well and he was complaining and playing up like Billy-O, as they say.

Wisdom teeth, eh! I've still got all mine. Why do they need to come out? Sympathies!
