Hey Kaz,
I just popped back to your page to find out why you maybe aren't the muse of all things pagan anymore and found lots more than was here the last time I visited.

You are an amazing person, and I'm always pleased to see you in the conversations around here.

Kelli

PS. So when are you around for that smiley - cappuccino then? Or are you too busy what with swanning off to Paris smiley - biggrin

Fraid I'm too busy swanning off to Paris! But I would love to meet up when I get back. Bring your photos, you have been to places I would love to visit!

Well, maybe not all of them just yet, don't want to bore you to death on a first meeting!

So why aren't you musing for all things pagan anymore?

k

My article about a pagan altar was rewritten by its sub-editor, including offensive comments about still-beating hearts. I have been battling since November to get it edited not re-written. The last straw came when it was edited, a couple of weeks ago. If that is the attitude here towards articles on paganism then I just think that maybe this isn't the place to put them.

Still hopeful though!

Love to see your pictures, will post when I get back!

It was a holiday! Although a tiring one, all of that site-seeing.

How was the interview?

It went well, too well! They called the agency immediately after I left to arrange the final round phone interview which will be on monday. I am quite nervous about a technical phone interview so we will have to see, but if it goes well I could be working this time next week!

I really hope I can carry on going to the gym and stuff when I am working, am trying so hard to lose weight that it would be a shame for it to all go horribly wrong now.

Was Paris terribly romantic? I went once, briefly, years ago with my family and would love to go back smiley - smiley

Good luck with the phone interview!

I'm in Croydon Tuesday after meditation at the buddhist centre, fancy having a coffee at about 2-2.30? Bring some photos! They have extra seating at Starbucks at the mo, at last.

I find all holidays with Moonglum romantic! But yes Paris is romantic because of the patisseries and the cafes, but not because of the lack of greenery! I find begining to get by in a new language adds to the romance!

Sounds good, coffee at 2 it is! And because I am nice I will go to the gym afterwards rather than before so as no to be too smelly.

I'll bring my photos, I have put some of them in a big purple album now so the worst ones (and the repetitive ones) have been weeded out. Do we both have to wear a red carnation or something?! I think the big purple album might be enough of a giveaway for me...

If you go to the buddhist centre does that mean you know Loui? She used to clean for me back in the days when I had a horribly busy working week, and I know she spends a lot of time there.

smiley - cheers
k

PS am getting more and more nervous about this interview, I HATE talking to people on the phone, much prefer face to face!

I have only just started going to the buddhist centre, so I don't know anyone yet. Meditation finishes at 1.55 ish, so you will be there before me, save us a seat, I'll look out for the purple photo album.

I'll probably be wearing dark trousers and a black rain coat (alright then its an anorak!), I have long mousey brown hair and I wear glasses, hope to see you then!

This was so sweet to find again, in the end she didn't like me and stopped ever replying to me. Fair enough, its so nice to remember I was liked for a while.

Kelli, I am reminiscing because of feeling low, I assumed you would have unsubscribed from this. Sorry to bring it back to your space. I just want to remind myself of when I was liked and had friends, daft, self-indulgent rubbish.

Sorry to have disturbed you and I hope you are well.

I rarely unsub from anything just in case - my backlog is truely monstrous smiley - biggrin

I'm sorry you are feeling low at the moment and hope you find some rays of light soon. Are you still in Croydon? How is moonglum getting on?

Hi Kelli

I have lost a lot of friends recently and I was being a bit morose looking through old threads to see if I could fins where things had gone wrong. Still one of the friends I shan't miss, it all went wrong when he sent me pictures of his wife giving him a blow-up. smiley - yikes

So maybe I was being morose about nothing!

Yep we are still in Croydon for the next 6 years. Moonglum is a service delivery manager for a rail freight company. You are, I believe, out of Croydon now in wedded bliss somewhere?
