Laughinh Horse comedy club

Great venue, great comics, crap audience really. We are far too middle class in the west of london, very polite, no heckling and no laughing out loud either. Only by the end of the evening, with all thev odka inside does the crowd really lose it's austere Englisheness and whoops outloud. Great compere, put off by his resemblence to Tony Blair. Going there again.
SO what do you do? Just gone midnight, you stumble home, face aching from smiling so much and the only practical thing to do is to go to bed. Impossble because if you haven't had a red bull then you've helped yourself to the last of the instant coffee... So, I surf the web, very entertaining when you can't focus on the keys, and I read about stuff what I usually take for granted. Great thing, H2G2.

Poirot

How wonderully interesting a person I am. Sitting at home (the london one) dunking sponge fingers into a cup of luke warm coffee watching poirot on itv. Life doesn't get more exciting than this. This is my fit entry so I feel I ought to write something poinient (sp?) but I doubt I will. Something about Poirot that irritates me. The culprit is either blinding obvious or, more often so obscure that even if the murderer was that intelligent, you'd think they wouldn't leave their waiter costume lying around. Mmm.
