Thanks for the (local) geography lesson
I've been to Queen Charlotte dozens of times (incl the weekend just gone, v.v. brilliant ) and never new it was really called Totaranui
So, where (and when) are you going on your upcoming travels?

Hi there
Our plans are set for the first 12-14 days.
We fly in on 2nd November and take it easy with a 4 day spell in Coromandel. Then fly to Queenstown to do Routeburn and Greenstone walks, then a 3 day horse back excursion. After that we have not arranged anything. Likely we will visit Nelson and Marlborough areas then back to N Island as we work our way back to Auckland. We like to leave a bit of lsack in our options but we want to see if we can see some Americas cup races this time

I can of course bring hob nobs and post them once we arrive. I think you are in Wellington area - we will be touring for 10-12 days before we are there and I cannot carry them that long - they would get eaten
Address needed please

Hi loosehead!
I'm in Nelson, not Wellington, and if/when you're *here*, you're most welcome to sample some Kiwi horse-spitality , hobnobs or no hobnobs

OK
I may be heading your way again for a few months - up to a year. If it works out I promise to pack lots of Hobnobs

Has your summer finally arrived then? Is it a sailing trip?
My pictures of the sounds this last trip came out real good. Some of the hill shots look just like the cloudy bay label - shades and contours. Incidentally my visage was captured at the "Winter meet" so if the FBI need another hapless victim to arrest by mistake please refer them to the or pictures.
