Here's an idea:

Instead of doing lots of entries on Classic spectrum games, how about a big ol' entry entitled 'Classic ZX Spectrum Games', with a couple of hundred words on a dozen or so classics. So far there's the Miner Willy Games, and the Dizzy Games. I'd be willing to contribute Chaos/Rebelstar/Laser Squad, The Hobbit, and 3D Deathchase at least.

Hows about it?

Excellent idea smiley - smiley

I've played just about all the Dizzy games and have also been playing the Magic Knight games quite a bit recently. Do you know of any other Speccy fans on here who could also contribute? I can only think of Knitbunny.

I don't - but once we have a few done, we could advertise for other submissions on the askh2g2 forum. That's what happened with the 'Fictional Concepts' and 'Manufactured Men' entries, both of which look pretty snazzy.

Knitbunny is onboard smiley - ok. I was reading one forum where someone claimed to have completed the excellent Head over Heels. Might try and get them to submit an entry on it. This is assuming that they still have access to the game.

I've finished Herrmann, so I can now focus my energies on this. I've started an entry, and added you and knitbunny as researchers. The format doesn't *have* to be like that, but I just thought I'd make a start. Also, I 'm not sure if we should use the conversations to contribute, or have seperate entries and combine them - or perhaps even use email. The disadvantage is, since I started the entry, I'm the only one who can edit it smiley - sadface
