Don't know which part of Pennsylvania you're from, but if you're going to need accomodation for the Pennsylvania Dutch Meet, we're discussing it at F79873?thread=184094&skip=0&show=20 (Looks like we'll be spending the Saturday at Hershey Park, and the Sunday in Lancaster)

Hi *waves vigorously*,
I'm from the north-west corner of Pa (not too far from Erie, on the lake of the same name). If finances permit my attending at all, I have some relatives that are sort of in the area that I thought I might look up. They're around Elizabethtown (?). Even though we haven't seen or kept in touch much in the last few years I figured it might be a good time to "renew old relationships". Maybe they'd at least let me camp in their yard. Never hurts to ask.

elizabethtown would be a good place to stay... It's right between Hershey and Lancaster! (Or so I'm told, and you probably already knew that...)

Never enough sleep, sprained an ankle pretty badly and walking on concrete for 12 hr shifts isn't letting it heal very fast, but, for an old fart, I'm in pretty good shape!

Long time, no see! Where've you been?

Sorry I haven't been around much. Been too busy to actually get anything done! Have been pretty bummed about having to miss the meet up, but that just didn't work out. ( read "My wife wasn't excited about it, so she made sure we didn't have the money!" If it had been her idea, we'd have been there!!) Also have been trying to get my winter's wood in, if I don't I'll be freezing my donkey off! Good to hear from you. I have been reading the things about the meet, really sorry I didn't get to meet people. Gotta get to bed now (7:10 AM), gotta work again tonight.
