Sorry m'dear, peirigill's computer bit the dust. There was a window of about two weeks near the end of September when screwy things were happening because of the power supply losing it's "cool". There's a high demand for the public computers at the Los Angeles Public Library, and the Metro is not so accurate as to always get me there in my assigned time window, so I wasn't on very long or very much over the last month.

He did get another one. The old one was so out of date (1997) that learning how to use this one is a challenge. I wasn't smart enough to connect it up wireless like it was supposed to, but I did get us on the internet. I just sent you an email a few hours ago.

I thought it was probably a broken computer situation; but I was beginning to wonder if it might be a broken Sea Change situation, in which case I would have to get up and run around in tight little circles until you were better.
