Hi Plato,
I have always adored Red Dwarf, and I have just read my first Card book - I was hooked and can't wait to get hold of another one, unfortunately my rather provincial library doesn't stock them, so I am having to beg and borrow from colleagues. I understand he is big in the States so I will have to see if I can buy some when I am in Chicago in September.
Red Dwarf, - UTTERLY FANTASTIC, love Rimmer - if anyone deserved to be hologrammed!!!!
What are your favourites? The ones that stick in my mind - too many to mention - Chicken Vindaloo monster
Why can't they come up with programmes like that more often?

Good question, Bog. My favorites were tied between Ace Rimmer and Dwayne Dibley. If you haven't already, then join the Red Dwarf forum at F24306?thread="smiley - ok" title="ok" class="smiley" src="http://www.h2g2.com/h2g2/skins/Alabaster/images/Smilies/f_ok.gif"/>

The book was The Lost Boys. Really kept me guessing until the end. Thanks for the tip about the Red Dwarf forum, I'll drop in later. I don't log on much from work , so I'll wait til I'm home.
