Due to the unique way the BBC doesn't send out passwords and locks accounts I (Alfster/3Dots) can't use this account at the moment so I have opened another one:-

Yes I did, lil.
h2g2 support (once they had got over their hangovers etc 
)were great.
Just a pain in the (_!_) that it happened during the big hols.
