We seem to have lots of people from Israel signing up at the moment. Is there a link somewhere important or is it just by chance? It is very important to get researchers from other countries - it's in the spirit of the site. Anyway, I'm Whoami? and I am an ACE. This means that I welcome people to the ste. It is a project run by h2g2 and I do not get paid to do it. I am an ordinary researcher, but with a special badge. (See my page for details). Welcome to the h2g2 site. I hope you enjoy it here. Giving yourself a nickname by going to preferences will help you. Anything else that you need, just ask. (By the way, I'm 15 and am from England). Just a little thing to note, though, you have to post in English. It's a little unfair, but it is for two reasons. The first is to be sure you aren't being rude, the second is to avoid little groups signing up and splitting off from the rest of the Researchers. Bye for now.
Whoami?
Thanks :-)

10x.
I first heard about h2g2 about a month ago, after Douglas Adams have died. Very sad .
I have read the first 2 books in the h2g2 series (h2g2 and: the restaurant at the end of the universe), and I love it very much! I hope to read the other 3 books in this series, soon.
Thanks :-)

It's really nice to hear that. I welcomed a German researcher yesterday, she's really nice. You two seem to be the most 'harmless' and genuinely pleasant people I have welcomed. The best of luck in the future, I hope that you enjoy h2g2. Any questions, or if you want to tell me about something that you've written or contributed to, just drop me a line...
Just a little thing more, please...

She's 'Methos', and I'd just pop along and say hello. I'm not sure how she'll react to a random person just popping along to say hi, and I didn't tell you, you asked. I forgot to check the U number, so click 'Advanced Search' and do a friend search for Methos ...

Welcome aboard, Yoav.
Write about anything you like... the sky's the limit, as long as it isn't hurtful or rude. You seem like a good person, so I know that isn't an issue.
The h2g2 writing workshop is a good place to bounce ideas around and really get a feel for the sort of thing that makes the biggest splash.

Thanks!
I just don't like to express myself in English, because I usually speak hebrew, exept for the English lessons on school, of course .
I hope I can get over this problem, and also think about something creative which no one has wrote about yet in this h2g2 guide...
I can help you, too.
