I think your posting was great. 
As for the historical facts, I know nothing about them, and I assume you know what you're talking about. I don't think anyone could be offended, at least. As far as I'm a judge, exept for a minor typo (there are no hostility - should be is), the language seems fine. You should make an entry out of it! Definitely!
