Hey you. I've been thinking of you too. 2 days ago I had an accident while cleaning my bathroom ceiling. Well, the result
is that I have not only dislocated my shoulder but have also broken it and caused extensive damage to my nerves and have torn ligaments and cartilage. I'll be in re-hab for at least 9 months and won't be able to work for at least 5. I have been looking for work for the past year and now I can't even do that. However, my spirits are trying to remain high and I still have a dry sense of humour. Putting me aside, How have you been? Kate

Gesh woman do take care of yourself!
A shoulder injury like that is quite painful and very limiting , especially if it's your dominant arm.

I was good , then had family in and out , got worn out, got better , hubby left for while to visit family so I had some alone time and some great company time too.

Finally feel like I am normal for me at this time, having a good day.
Waiting to get an MRI appointment.

I hope you have help.
Are one of your kids around or somebody else to assist or shop?

hi abbi- yes I have help. my 14 yr.old daughter has been quite good. Her Godfather has also been helpfull with winterizing the house. talk to yyou soon. Are'nt painkillers grande!!! K

Glad you are not alone and have some pain relief.

If I send a rambling email there is no need to type and reply if it hurts.
I hope to feel as good next week as I have the last couple days and I'll get us started on catching up
