hi smarty, you have the ultimate set of skills for any life that centers on assuming multiple personae. I am not sure if you referred to your job or life in general, but as a fellow thespian who does not work in theater I can tell you that not only was the great bard correct when he wrote "all the world's a stage...", but those with the creative gift can direct the comedy of errors from behind the scenes while leaving the sheep in the cheap seats blissfully unaware that you not only run the show but wrote the script as well. Do what we "drammies" have always done, become who the daily scenes call for as needed and ride it out till curtain call hoping for the ovation.
Break a leg,

Hi there- Sorry so long in replying. I have to fight with my daughter for time on the internet. Guess who usually wins! You are correct that creative people are usually able to sort of pick themselves up and go with the flow. My family (which are predominately in the Arts) it's called surfaceing and then surfing (riding the wave) as it were. Yes "All the World's a Stage" and then some. But sometimes one just wants to get off that stage, leave the drama behind and simply attend the opening and closeing night parties! I am a very creative person- I've won awards for my quilts and wall hangings but since my husband died in the spring, I seem to have hit a creative block and have trouble focusing. I'll try extra hard once this Christmas thing is over. Nice to meet a fellow thespian. Cheers. K
