No, more sorta a dressing gown that looks kinda like the traditional japanese kimono. I know it's no a real one but it said "kimono" on the pattern 
What exactly is a kimono dragon? Is it like an oriental dragon?

i meant a kimodo dragon ....they are real big lizards....think thay live in malaysia

Perhaps you're thinking of the Komodo dragon?
I think they were named after the island Komodo, wherever that is. The second part of their name, dragon, they got because, even though their breath couldn't kill, it was certainly bad enough to stun a yak.
