hi....just thought I'd say hallo. (i am a nice person) don't think that I'm a freak if you read my profile..I see you're an ACE so therefore not susposed to get annoyed with newbies.

I was just wondering if you could answer a question for me. I submitted an entry to peer review, but it wasn't quiet ready, two of hte scouts said that it was quiet good but pointed out a couple of spelling mistakes and typos. I've corrected them. b ut i haven't heard from the scouts in a week. I just wondered how long it would take, becaue I don't want to keep harranging the scouts.

Zed, don't worry. Scouts are in no way authorities. Just researchers like everybody else, with the slight difference that they may choose 3 (that's -3- !) picks from Peer Review every four weeks, to get a total of 25 picks per week. No further obligations are involved if you take the words literally. However, some Scouts do feel obliged to go through Peer Review and comment, but that's kind of courtesy or whatever you like to call it. Some are doing this on a permanent basis, others are visiting PR when their big day is closing in.
