You need to highlight the text you want and then click on edit and choose the command you need.

If you wish to copy and paste, use
CTRL+C (PC) or Option-C (Mac) to copy,
CTRL+V (PC) or Option-V (Mac) to paste.
Naturally, only do this in accordance with copyright law. A good place to start looking is the <./>HouseRules</.> along with http://www.bbc.co.uk/terms/ and good luck!

You should really read the <./>HouseRules</.> carefully - it's not just the normal stuff that you never read...
