In your argument with etb, you seemed mighty het up about him saying/suggesting/whatever that the BEF fought alongside the SS. Why did it wind you up so much? After all, Nazi Germany and Stalinist Russia were pretty much of a piece, and we fought with the Russkis. What's the big deal?
