h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Later on today, we put my cat outside for a while, and let the kitty back in the house again. Then, when my cat came around the side of my house, when he wanted back in, he saw the new cat laying there, through the window and he went all puffy and stiff and started making funny noises. So then we put the kitty outside again and let him back in, and he was fine after a while. But it was really scary though.
By the way, have you any idea what I could name her? So far the only canidate I have is Hermione, after a charactor in the Harry Potter books.

I'm glad you bunny is alright! How's the new one doing?

They're all pretty good.
The new one is a little lonely though because he's still quarantined upstairs away from all the action.

My newly spayed bunny, Elphaba, ate some pellets on her own this afternoon! She hobbled over to her food bowl to get some. It's adorable when she hops around in her pen. She does it with all of her legs straight and she's very stiff. She's doing very well though.

As for the cat name... that's a tough one... I'd have to see her! Did your parents think of any good names or are they leaving it up to you to decide?

As for introducing the cats, it might be riskier to have your cat see her in his territory, especially when he can't get in. Is their somewhere in your house that he's never been before that they can be introduced? It might even be better to do it outside.

Hmm, I never thought of that.... I can't think of anywhere he's never really been before....I dunno, I'll think of something.

I have to take the baby bunny back to the vets on Tuesday because he's developed diarrhea which can be fatal, especially in young rabbits.
