I recently emailed you to let you know that we were looking for voluntary redundancies among the ACEs. I did not receive a reply from you to tell me you wanted to continue and have seen that you haven't had much time for ACEing recently, I have removed you from the scheme.

That is ok I havent had enugh time to fulfill my role as an ACE.
And I was not to good at it anyway it was too much work and not enugh fun.
